A couple of moon watching tips. In the evening, if the full moon rises before the sun sets (both sun and moon above the horizon at the same time), then the fullest moon is yet to come. In the morning, if the sun rises before the full moon sets (both sun and moon above the horizon at the same time), then the fullest moon has already passed.
